By accessing or using CognizTech's services, including Little Cognius and SchoolCracked, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

Brain-Computer Interface hardware (Little Cognius)

Maintaining the security of your account
All activities that occur under your account

Share account credentials with unauthorized users

4. Payment Terms

4.1 All fees are due in advance of service provision.

4.2 Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase if services are unused.

4.3 We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 All content, including but not limited to software, designs, text, graphics, and curriculum materials, is the property of CognizTech.

5.2 You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our explicit permission.

6. Hardware Usage

6.1 Little Cognius devices must be used according to provided instructions.

6.2 Users are responsible for maintaining the device in good condition.

6.3 Hardware warranty is valid for one year from purchase.

7. Liability Limitations

7.1 Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

7.2 We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7.3 Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services.

8. Term and Termination

8.1 We may terminate or suspend access to our services immediately without notice for breach of terms.

8.2 You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Chengdu, Sichuan Province.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or service notification.
